Inter are poised to make a €25m (£21.3m) offer for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Mario, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Mario, 23, has been regularly linked with a move to Manchester United in the past but his performances at Euro 2016 have courted interest from Inter.
Roberto Mancini’s side are expected to spend big this summer after Chinese investors completed their takeover of the club last month with Dimitri Payet, Gabriel Jesus and Antonio Candreva among their targets.
No Portugal player has completed more dribbles at Euro 2016 than Mario this summer (9).
