West Ham reignite interest in Ligue 1 frontman

West Ham are back in for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette and are prepared to pay £30m to sign him, claim The Daily Mirror.

Lacazette, 25, is widely expected to leave Lyon this summer but has prioritised a move to a club that can offer Champions League football.

The France international has previously been linked with a move to Tottenham but Slaven Bilic’s side are confident their London rivals have switched their attentions to Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi.

West Ham can only provide Europa League football next season but are determined to land a world-class striker this summer.
