Dani Ceballos expects to cut short his loan spell at Arsenal this month to keep alive his chances of making the Spain squad for Euro 2020, claims Sky Sports.
Arsenal signed Ceballos from Real Madrid on a season-long loan deal in the summer but the Spaniard has been a huge disappointment this season.
Ceballos showed plenty of promise early on with a brace of assists against Burnley on his full league debut for the club.
However, the 23-year-old hasn't scored or assisted in the competition since then and hasn't even featured since November.
Ceballos is back in training after a spell out injured but is yet to appear under new manager Mikel Arteta and now wants to find a new club.
Madrid won't take him back for the second half of the season so Ceballos needs to find a new temporary home or risk missing out on Euro 2020 in the summer.
Of players that have attempted at least 15 dribbles in the Premier League this season, Ceballos has the sixth best success rate (82.4%).
