Everton manager Ronald Koeman is hopeful of scoring a cut-price move for Burnley forward Andre Gray this summer, reports The Daily Mirror.
Gray will only have 12 months remaining on his existing Burnley deal this summer and Everton made an approach for the striker at the end of last season.
The Toffees will sign Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez after the U21 European Championships are concluded and Koeman is also interested in bolstering his options with the arrival of Gray.
The 25-year-old joined Burnley in 2015 in a £6m, which was a club transfer record at the time and the Clarets are now hopeful of securing £10m for his services if they fail to keep the former non-league striker.
Gray scored nine goals in 32 appearances during his first ever season of Premier League football last season but struggled to nail down a regular role towards the end of the campaign.
