Premier League champions Leicester City have earmarked Gladbach creator Thorgan Hazard as one of their man transfer targets this summer, according to Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws, via The Daily Express.
Hazard, 23, who is the younger brother of Belgian star Eden, has spent the last two years building his own career at Gladbach and only made the switch permanent in February 2015.
The 23-year-old’s performances this season have improved as the season has gone on and Leicester have reportedly taken a keen interest in his services as they look to build a squad capable of competing in the Champions League next season.
Hazard has played a direct hand in six league goals (three goals, three assists) in 27 appearances for Gladbach this season. In fact, all three of his goals and both of his WhoScored.com Man of the Match awards have come in his last nine appearances.
