Juventus have stepped up their interest in Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic this weekend but have been told they must pay at least €25m (£21.6m), reports Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via Football Italia.
The Serie A champions are expected to sell Simone Zaza to Wolfsburg in a deal worth €25m and Juventus manager Max Allegri is keen to use that money to sign a new central midfieler.
Juventus have been linked to a number of midfielders since selling Paul Pogba to Manchester United but it has now emerged that Brozovic tops Allegri's wish list.
Only two Inter players played a direct hand in more league goals in Serie A last season than Brozovic (9).
