Tottenham are tracking Bournemouth winger Matt Ritchie and are ready to battle Manchester United for his signature, according to The Sun, via Metro.
Ritchie, 26, has been integral behind Bournemouth’s success in the last two years and his performances haven’t gone unnoticed from some of the Premier League’s biggest clubs.
Spurs are expected to have Champions League football next season and are likely to bolster their squad in the summer to cope with the added matches.
Mauricio Pochettino has been keen to build Tottenham’s success around a British core and Ritchie would certainly align with that ambition.
In fact, only three British players have registered more assists in the Premier League than Ritchie this season (6).
