Raiola plotting Donnarumma move to European giant Paris Saint-Germain
Mina Raiola is interested in sending client Gianluigi Donnarumma to Paris Saint-Germain, claims Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 19-year-old superstar was heavily linked with a move to PSG 12 months ago but ended up penning a new long-term deal with boyhood club AC Milan.
The Serie A giants are currently in turmoil and a number of their best players, including Suso and Leonardo Bonccui, have been touted with high profiles away this summer.
With Roma on the verge of selling Alisson to Liverpool for a world record fee for a goalkeeper, the Italian side have earmarked another of Raiola’s clients, Alphonse Areola, as a potential replacement.
Areola is expected to leave PSG this summer following the shock arrival of veteran goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon and Italy seems his most likely destination. Despite the presence of Buffon, Raiola is again contemplating the idea of Donnarumma at PSG.
Donnarumma has enjoyed a meteoric rise during his short career and is regarded as one of the best young prospects in world football, although his reputation took a knock last season.
In fact, only Andrea Consigli (5) committed more errors that directly led to an opposition goal than Donnarumma (4) in Serie A last season.
