Sevilla are poised to land Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu on a season-long loan deal, according to AS.
The reigning Europa League champions had been linked with a move to Manchester City outcast Joe Hart but they appear to have switched their sights on PSG no.2 Sirigu.
Both sides have reportedly agreed to share Sirigu’s wages, although Sevilla haven’t looked to pursue the option of a permanent buy-out clause.
Sirigu has spent the last two seasons as PSG’s understudy to Kevin Trapp but only Stephane Ruffier (78) has kept more clean sheets in the last six Ligue 1 campaigns than Sirigu (65).
