Inter boss Conte eyes reunion with Manchester United midfielder

Inter have entered the race to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba this summer, claims Tuttosport.

Pogba's future at Old Trafford is still up in the air 12 months after wanting to leave United for the second time in his career.

There are conflicting reports whether Pogba is still intent on leaving United or is open to renewing his current deal.

Real Madrid and Juventus have been regularly linked with a move for the 2018 World Cup winner in the last year but both now face competition from Inter.

Pogba has arguably played the best football of his club career under Conte during his time at Juventus and the Italian is keen on a reunion.

The 27-year-old has barely kicked a ball for United this season due to ongoing ankle problems but is expected to be fit to return once football is safe to get underway again.

Pogba has been limited to just five league starts this season but is the only player in the Premier League with 100% through ball success rate (5+ attempted).
