Roberto Firmino has revealed that Brazil number one Alisson has asked about the possibility of moving to Liverpool this summer.
The Roma shotstopper has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool in recent months and reports suggest that the Reds are closing in on the capture of the 25-year-old.
And Firmino has added fuel to the fire by admitting that the goalkeeper has asked the Reds star about life at Anfield.
“Yes, he asked me about Liverpool and I hope he can come here, but I know he has other proposals,” Firmino is quoted as saying by the Liverpool ECHO.
“From time to time I will give him a pinch to come to Liverpool and help us, but it's with his agents.
“It wouldn't be bad if he came to Liverpool."
The Champions League runners’ up have also been linked with a move for Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak, but Alisson is thought to be the number one goalkeeping target for Liverpool.
