Bayern Munich have confirmed the free transfer arrival of former Paris Saint-Germain striker Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting on a one-year deal.
The Bundesliga outfit have completed a deadline day swoop for 31-year-old as back-up to Robert Lewandowski for the 2020/21 campaign.
Choupo-Moting has been a free agent since his PSG contract expired after their 1-0 defeat to Bayern in the Champions League final earlier this summer.
The Cameroon international has enjoyed a remarkable career since being relegated with Stoke in 2018.
Choupo-Moting has spent the last two years with PSG and now the former Hamburg forward has secured a return to Germany with the champions.
Choupo-Moting made 31 league appearances for PSG across his two campaigns with the club but only started 13 times in that spell. He contributed six goals in that time.
