Bayern Munich have reached an agreement to sign Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic, according to Germany outlet TZ, via Football Italia.
Pjanic has enjoyed another fine season at the heart of Roma’s midfield but the Giallorossi could be forced to sell the Bosnia international due to Financial Fair Play restraints.
The 26-year-old has reportedly agreed terms with Bayern and the Bavarian giants will now need to match his €38m (£30.2m) release clause in order to get the deal over the line.
Pjanic has been particularly impressive from set piece situations this season. In fact, no player has scored more free kicks across Europe’s top five leagues than Pjanic (4).
