Chelsea will rival any bid from Manchester United should Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann become available next summer, reports The Daily Telegraph.
United have reportedly earmarked Griezmann as their next big signing and have been given encouragement after the France international admitted his future at Atletico could come to an end if Diego Simeone left the club.
However, Jose Mourinho can expect firm competition from his former club for the Euro 2016 star despite the fact he has a staggering €100m (£84.8m) release clause in his existing deal.
In the last three La Liga campaigns no forward has completed more tackles than Griezmann (50).
