Digne is highly thought of by the French champions, but is struggling to break into the first team due to the impressive performances of Maxwell.
PSG are keen to retain the services of the 22-year-old, but a lack of first team action could convince the former Lille star to move on to pastures new.
However, PSG's asking price could convince Liverpool to look elsewhere, with the Premier League side hoping to spend less than £7m to secure the young Frenchman.
