Manchester United are preparing a new £50m bid for Crystal Palace starlet Aaron Wan-Bissaka, claims The Daily Mirror.
The Red Devils have already had a £40m bid for the 21-year-old rejected and Palace are holding out for £60m.
Wan-Bissaka has emerged as one of the best full-backs in the Premier League over the last 18 months and is one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s top transfer targets.
After confirming Antonio Valencia’s departure, United are short of options at right-back for next season.
Ashley Young’s form tailed off dramatically at the end of last season, while Diogo Dalot is still too inexperienced to be considered first-choice.
Solskjaer’s side were hoping to sign Wan-Bissaka for less than their failed £40m bid and are understood to be frustrated by inflated prices this summer.
Despite the fact Palace are holding out for £60m, United are ready to test their resolve with an improved £50m offer.
Wan-Bissaka, who will represent England at the U21 European Championships this summer, was dribbled past just 10 times in 35 appearances in the Premier League last season.
