Sevilla have confirmed they have an agreement in place for Italy international Franco Vazquez.
The 27-year-old had been strongly linked with a move away from Palermo this summer, with Premier League side Tottenham also interested in the creative ace.
However, Sevilla have today confirmed that there is an agreement in place with Palermo that will see Vazquez ply his trade in Spain next season.
Sevilla announced that Vazquez will sign a five-year deal for the La Liga outfit.
Despite a disappointing campaign last term, Vazquez still impressed for Palermo, completing more dribbles (126) than any other player in Italy’s top tier last term.
