Tottenham pair set to follow Kane and commit future to club
Tottenham duo Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli are set to follow Harry Kane and put pen to paper on new long-term deals, reports the Mirror.
Kane signed a new six-year contract on Friday, making him the club’s highest paid player.
The news comes after Davinson Sanchez, Kyle Walker-Peters and head coach Mauricio Pochettino all extended their deals at the club earlier in the year.
Spurs are keen to tie the pair down in north London, with Eriksen heavily linked with a move to Barcelona in recent weeks.
The 26-year-old, who’ll be looking to impress for Denmark at the World Cup this summer, was one of Spurs’ key men last season having scored 10 and registered 10 assists.
Alli, too, excelled as he scored nine and registered 10 assists in the Premier League as Spurs secured a Champions League return.
The likes of Jan Vertonghen, Eric Dier and Son Heung-min are all expected to follow suit over the coming weeks and sign new deals with Spurs.
