Manchester United will hope to appoint Jose Mourinho as new manager before the Premier League meeting with Arsenal, reports The Sun.
Current boss Louis van Gaal is under increasing pressure at Old Trafford, with a weekend 2-1 defeat to Sunderland unlikely to sit well with the club's hierarchy.
Mourinho has been strongly linked with a switch to United following his sacking as Chelsea boss, with reports suggesting he has already held talks with the club.
Now, the same paper hints that United will bring in the Portuguese manager before their league meeting with the Gunners at the end of February.
Saturday's loss to Sunderland leaves United six points off fourth placed Manchester City.
