Mousa Dembele is prepared to leave Tottenham this summer and secure a lucrative move to China, claims The Independent.
The 30-year-old will only have 12 months remaining on his current Tottenham deal in the summer and knows this is his last opportunity to secure a big contract.
Tottenham are also ready to listen for acceptable offers for the Belgium international, as they are not prepared to break the bank for someone of his age.
Despite his obvious class, Dembele struggles to stay fit for prolonged periods and now looks set to leave the club after five years.
While some of Tottenham’s Premier League rivals would be interested in his services, the Belgian is now interested in experiencing a new league.
Tottenham will push hard for a sizeable fee for Dembele, which makes China his most likely destination this summer.
Of players that have attempted at least 50 dribbles in the Premier League since the start of last season, only Mario Lemina (91.2%) and Jan Vertonghen (88.5%) have a better success rate than Dembele (84.5%).
