Southampton are considering a January move for Bordeaux midfielder’s Henri Saivet and Wahbi Khazri, according to the Daily Star.
Ronald Koeman is keen to bolster his squad following an indifferent start to the campaign and has seemingly earmarked Saivet and Khazri as two potential signings.
Saints are also reportedly sending scouts to watch Rubin Kazan’s Elmir Nabiullin when they face Bordeaux on Thursday night, where they are also likely to pay close attention to Ligue 1 duo.
Since the start of the season, only Ryad Boudebouz (57) has created more chances in Ligue 1 than Khazri (45) and both Khazri (7.48) and Saviet (7.33) are Bordeaux's top highest players in the French top-flight this season.
