Bayern Munich are interested in signing Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny as he enters the final year of his existing deal with the Gunners, reports German newspaper Bild, via the London Evening Standard.
Koscielny, 30, has entered the final 12 months of his current deal and preliminary talks have already been held about extending his stay although nothing has been agreed.
The France international was previously a target for Bayern before he signed a contract extension in 2014 and the Bundesliga champions are reportedly ready to rekindle their interest in the central defender as they look to find cover if Medhi Benatia leaves the club this summer.
In the last three Premier League campaigns no player has completed more interceptions than Koscielny (311).
