Swansea have announced they have re-signed Wilfried Bony on a two-year deal from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.
Bony left Swansea to join City for £28m in January 2015 but the Ivory Coast international has struggled to make a significant impact at the club since then.
The 28-year-old endured a disastrous loan spell at Stoke last season but has now returned to Swansea were he has played his best football in the Premier League.
However, his arrival has now enabled Fernando Llorente to complete a switch to Tottenham and Bony will need to hit the ground running quickly to fill the void left by the Spanish striker.
Bony scored 25 goals in 54 Premier League appearances for Swansea compared to just eight league goals in more than two years after leaving the Liberty Stadium.
