Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has turned his attentions to Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, reports Sky Sports.
Nainggolan was heavily linked with a move to Chelsea last summer but Roma resisted their efforts before the Belgium international signed a new long-term deal in October.
The 29-year-old has been in sensational form for Roma this season and Chelsea can now expect stiff competition from United as Mourinho seeks to bolster his midfield options in the summer.
Chelsea reportedly failed with a bid in excess of £34m last summer and Roma may look to demand even more this summer off the back of his incredible performances, coupled with the fact his contract now runs until 2020.
Nainggolan has scored as many league goals this season for Roma than he managed in his two previous campaigns combined (11), while also adding more assists in that time as well (4).
