Belgian secures first perfect 10 rating at Euro 2016

Eden Hazard’s dazzling performance in Belgium’s 4-0 win over Hungary in the round of 16 was enough to secure the first perfect WhoScored 10 rating at Euro 2016.

This summer’s championship hasn’t been the most thrilling but Hungary’s open tactics allowed for Belgium to run riot and build huge confidence ahead of their quarter-final encounter with Wales.

Hazard was the star of the show in Toulouse and the Belgium captain was on hand to play a part in two of their four goals, scoring a wonderful solo goal with just over 10 minutes remaining.

His bending effort ended a run of 716 minutes without a goal for Belgium at major tournaments and his assist for Michy Batshuayi’s goal now means he is level for most assists at the tournament (3 – level with teammate Kevin De Bruyne).

Not only that, but Hazard completed at least three more dribbles (11) in the win over Hungary than any other player has managed in a single game at Euro 2016 to help garner his perfect WhoScored rating (10).
