PSV star wants Premier League or Bundesliga move

PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet has refused to rule out leaving the Dutch giants at the end of the season in order to secure a move to England or Germany.

Zoet, 25, has established himself as PSV’s No.1 man between the sticks in the last two seasons and has regularly impressed in the Champions League with Phillip Cocu’s side.

However, the Netherlands international, whose current deal is not due to expire until 2019, has refused to commit his future to PSV beyond the end of the season, with a move to the Premier League or the Bundesliga catching his eye.

“That’s a dream for me [to play in the Premier League or Bundesliga,” Zoet told Helden Magazine, via Football Oranje. “Maybe next summer a club reports for me. But if I go, I want to know that I have a good chance to play.

“That guarantee you never get, but I’m already sick if I do not play five games because of injury.”

Since the start of last season no goalkeeper has kept more clean sheets in the Eredivisie than Zoet (18). Not only that, but of goalkeepers to have featured in at least 15 league games during that time the PSV shot stopper has the best save success rate (78.6%).
