Joe Hart wants permanent Manchester City exit

Joe Hart wants to leave Manchester City permanently this summer after returning for pre-season at the club, reports The Daily Mail.

The 31-year-old has no future at the Etihad after being deemed surplus to requirements by Pep Guardiola two years ago.

Hart has spent the last two seasons out on loan but neither Torino nor West Ham have moved to secure his services on a full-time basis.

The England international has declined at a tremendous rate in that time and was left out of England’s squad for the 2018 World Cup.

Hart has entered the final 12 months of his current £120,000-a-week deal but City have no interest letting the experienced goalkeeper go for cheap.

City’s non-World Cup players have returned to pre-season and Hart does not want to be loaned out for the third season in a row.

However, City were demanding in the region of £20m for his services 12 months ago and will need to set a realistic price tag to attract suitors this summer.

Hart committed as many errors that led to an opposition goal in the Premier League last season as he kept clean sheets (4) from his 19 appearances.
