Valencia have announced they have signed Zenit St. Petersburg defender Ezequiel Garay on a four-year deal up until June 2020.
Los Che have already acquired Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala on a season-long loan deal but have now added the experienced Argentine defender after losing a number of key players this summer.
Garay, 29, has previously been linked with a move to the Premier League but has completed a switch to La Liga.
No player is averaging more passes per game in the Russian Premier League this season than Garay (78).
