Paris Saint-Germain plot shock move for Manchester United youngster

Paris Saint-Germain want to sign Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson at the end of the season, reports The Daily Mail.

Henderson has spent the last two seasons on loan at Sheffield United and his reputation has soared for the Blades, particularly this season.

The 22-year-old played a key role in Sheffield United's promotion from the Championship last season and is playing a pivotal role in their unlikely push for a fourth place finish this term.

Henderson has constantly reiterated establishing himself as United's No.1 is his ultimate dream but the Red Devils have a tough decision to make sooner rather than later.

After making David de Gea one of the best paid players in the Premier League at the start of the campaign, it's unlikely they will move the Spaniard on anytime soon.

Henderson could be convinced to spend another season on loan but the youngster will want his long-term future resolved as soon as possible.

There are already a growing list of potential suitors for Henderson and now PSG have thrown their name in the hat.

PSG only signed Keylor Navas from Real Madrid last summer but, at 33, Thomas Tuchel's side have one eye on the future already.

No goalkeeper has kept more clean sheets in the Premier League this season than Henderson (9), while he ranks second in the division for best save success rate.
