Wolves have had an £18m bid for Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham accepted, claims The Sun.
Abraham has spent the first half of the season on loan at Aston Villa and been in breathtaking form for the Championship side.
The 21-year-old is reportedly keen to terminate his loan deal in order to secure a move to a Premier League side this month.
Several top-flight sides are monitoring Abraham but Wolves are on the verge of signing the youngster and will now discuss personal terms.
Wolves have enjoyed an impressive first-half of the season but have often struggled in front of goal, which Nuno hopes Abraham’s arrival will address.
Abraham’s impending departure from Villa is a hammer blow for their chances of achieving promotion back to the Premier League this season.
The England international has a phenomenal goalscoring record in the Championship, having scored 39 goals in 61 appearances and is the joint-top scorer in the division this season (16).
However, there are reservations about his qualities in the Premier League after a mixed loan stint at Swansea last season. Abraham only scored five goals in 31 Premier League appearances for Swansea.
