Recently appointed Valencia manager Gary Neville has urged the club the sign Jamie Vardy in January, reports the Daily Star.
Vardy has been in fine form for the Foxes this season, netting more goals (14) than any other player in the Premier League.
Such form has attracted interest from Chelsea, Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid in recent weeks, with Valencia now the latest to be linked with a move for the 28-year-old.
Vardy recently became the first Premier League player to net in 11 consecutive matches and Leicester will be keen to retain the services of their star striker.
Neville, who has worked closely with the striker in his role as England coach, has placed Vardy at the top of the wanted list, with speculation suggesting Valencia will make a January move for the frontman.
