Spurs announce Son capture

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the signing of South Korea international Heung-Min Son from Bayer Leverkusen.

The 23-year-old had been strongly linked with a move to Spurs in recent days and on Friday, the north London side secured his services on a five-year deal.

Any move is subject to work permit and international clearance, however this is expected to be a formality.

Son has scored at least 10 goals in his last three Bundesliga seasons and has scored more counter attacking goals (8) than any other player in Germany's top tier over the last four seasons.
