Here we round-up the five highest WhoScored rated players from our Serie A team of the month for February.

 

5. Krzysztof Piatek (AC Milan) - 7.82 rating

 

Krzysztof Piatek has made a dream start to life at AC Milan since signing from Genoa in January. The Poland international scored in all four of Milan’s league games last month, racking up five goals in the process. In fact, Piatek netted his five goals from seven shots on target and has helped fire Milan into a strong position for a top four finish.

 

4. Kevin Malcuit (Napoli) - 7.99 rating

 

Kevin Malcuit is now establishing himself as Napoli’s right choice-right back after two strong showings last month. The 27-year-old caught the eye in a 4-0 win away to Parma where he made eight tackles and interceptions combined, while also winning three aerial duels. Malcuit was more effective going forward in his other appearance, where he registered two key passes, attempted two shots and completed four dribbles against Torino.

 

3. Salvatore Sirigu (Torino) - 8.00 rating

 

Torino goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu enjoyed a perfect month in February, keeping a clean sheet in all four of his league appearances. The 32-year-old made 16 saves in that time and even saved a penalty. Furthermore, Sirigu won the WhoScored Man of the Match award in matches against Napoli and Udinese.

2. Edin Dzeko (Roma) - 8.39 rating 

 

After a slow start to the league campaign, Edin Dzeko has finally found his groove over the last month. The Roma striker played a direct hand in four league goals in as many appearances in February and even earned a WhoScored rating of 10.0 in a 3-0 win away to Chievo. Finally, only Cristiano Ronaldo (10) hit the target with more shots than Dzeko (9) in Serie A last month.

 

1. Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus) - 8.58 rating

 

Cristiano Ronaldo takes the WhoScored Player of the Month award in Serie A. The Portugal international played a direct hand in more goals than any other player in Serie A last month (7) and won the WhoScored Man of the Match award in three of his four appearances. Ronaldo helped ensure Juventus remained unbeaten in the league, with the Old Lady winning three of four matches.
