The 27-year-old remarkably mad 12 saves, equalling the record for the most in a Serie A game this season set by himself against Atalanta in October.

Southampton pulled off a shock 3-1 win away to relegation rivals Aston Villa on Saturday to move out of the bottom three in the Premier League, with centre-back Jack Stephens helping himself to his first league goal of the campaign.
