Fanteam Fantasy Football: Southampton star striker seeking to further wound Wolves

Another exciting round of Premier League fixtures looms, with the standout encounter coming from Anfield as league leaders Liverpool aim to move one step closer to the title at Manchester United's expense. Elsewhere, the Premier League's four form teams all play at home as they seek to maintain their respective seasonal goal.

And what better way to enjoy the action then with the chance to win money, too. With FanTeam, we are entering the Weekly Monster! contest with the chance to win €50,000! There are 2592 seats still to fill in this contest at the time of writing and with a €20 buy in, it's a small risk for a high reward.

Excluding Saturday's early game - Watford's welcome of Tottenham - we have selected an XI that we believe will help us win big from Saturday and Sunday's action, with our three big tips below...

Danny Ings (Southampton) vs Wolves (8.2m)

Danny Ings has been in absolutely sensational form for Southampton this season and, when injury free, he is proving just how effective a striker he can be. 14 league goals this season is an incredible feat for a releatively goalshy Saints side that has recently surged away from danger and up the Premier League table and can move level with Saturday's opponents Wolves with a win on home turf.

Only Jamie Vardy (17) has scored more league goals than Ings this term and he'll be confident of adding to that record at St. Mary's as Wolves make the trip south. Nuno Espirito Santo's side played their 38th competitive game of the season at Manchester United on Wednesday night and fatigue is setting in for the top four chasing side. Wolves have lost back-to-back away Premier League matches and have conceded in each of their last seven top-flight outings and you'd expect Ings to put this tired Wolves side to the sword on home turf.

Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) vs Crystal Palace (13.8m)

Sergio Aguero broke two records in Manchester City's resounding 6-1 win at Aston Villa last weekend as he became the Premier League's record overseas goalscorer and the out-and-out record holder for most hat-tricks scored in the competition. He'll aim to follow up his achievements with another goalscoring man of the match display when City take on Crystal Palace this weekend.

The Eagles sprung an upset in this fixture last season and Pep Guardiola will be keen to avoid a repeat of the 3-2 defeat against a Palace side that, while solid on the road, are without key midfield shield Luka Milivojevic. Aguero may have only scored three goals against Palace in his career, but those have all come at home and with six goals from nine home outings this term, the Argentine is the big money addition in our XI.

Lewis Dunk (Brighton) vs Aston Villa (8.8m)

Of all defenders in the Premier League this season, only Trent Alexander-Arnold (10) and Andrew Robertson (7) have had a direct hand in more goals than Lewis Dunk (5 - 2 goals, 3 assists). The Brighton centre-back has again been a solid performer at the heart of the Seagulls backline this season and he'll hope to get back among the goals when Brighton host Aston Villa.

The Villans have shipped more away goals (23) than any other Premier League side this term and have developed a statistically calculated WhoScored weakness of 'defending set pieces'. This plays into Brighton and Dunk's hands, with one of his four styles of play happening to be 'indirect set-piece threat' as Graham Potter looks to build on a record of just one win in the last seven league matches. Without a reigistered centre forward, too, Brighton will be out to pile more misery upon this downtrodden Villa side, with Dunk good value to score and keep a clean sheet on home turf.
