England team-mate challenging Kane atop Premier League player form rankings

With another Premier League gameweek done and dusted, it's time to take a look at the revised player form guide.

Last week's edition saw Tottenham duo Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min lead the standings in first and second, respectively.

After another WhoScored Man of the Match display, Kane is still the most in-form player in the Premier League but there are wholesale changes to the top 10.

Mo Salah, Patrick Bamford, Karl Darlow, Wilfried Zaha and Michail Antonio all drop out, with Jack Grealish, James Ward-Prowse, Sadio Mane, Kurt Zouma and Ollie Watkins coming in.

Our player form guide really is the ultimate tool to help you make informed decisions for platforms like Footstock - where fantasy football meets player trading.

Our Premier League form rankings are based on a six-game spread, weighted chronologically with the most recent outing carrying greater significance. Moreover, in order to qualify they must have played two of the last three and six of the last eight league matches available.

Now it's time to dive in to the top-10 and, who knows, maybe you'll add a few of these in-form players to your portfolio!

10) Kurt Zouma (Chelsea) - 7.50 form rating / £0.86 Footstock price

Kurt Zouma has established himself as Chelsea's first-choice centre-back alongside Thiago Silva this season and has now scored three goals in six league appearances this season after netting in their 3-0 win away to Burnley on Saturday. Before this season Zouma had managed only one goal in 75 Premier League appearances for Chelsea!

Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin drops two spots in our form ranking but did at least manage to score in their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle at the weekend. As his hat-trick display against West Brom is currently his sixth appearance in the calculation, the 23-year-old needs a big performance against Manchester United this weekend or could drop out of the top-10 completely.

Next Opponent: Manchester United (H)

8) Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) - 7.62 form rating / £16.38 Footstock price

Now Aston Villa have played six league matches this season, Ollie Watkins is a new qualifier and makes his debut in our Premier League player form rankings in eighth spot. Watkins has four goals in Villa's opening six matches, largely helped by a stunning hat-trick against Liverpool in GW4.

7) James Ward-Prowse (Southampton) - 7.72 form rating / £6.75 Footstock price

James Ward-Prowse is another new face in the top-10 after dazzling in Southampton's 4-3 win over Aston Villa at the weekend. Ward-Prowse scored twice in the seven-goal thriller and added an assist to take our Premier League player of the week award. The England international has played a direct hand in four goals in Southampton's last two matches, really clicking through the gears ahead of the November international break.

Next Opponent: Newcastle (H)

6) Sadio Mane (Liverpool) - 7.80 form rating / £41.99 Footstock price

As we wave goodbye to one Liverpool forward in Mo Salah, we welcome another in Sadio Mane, who qualifies for the rankings for the first time. The 28-year-old has played a direct hand in five goals in his first six Premier League appearances this season.

5) Danny Ings (Southampton) - 7.83 form rating / £14.72 Footstock price

Danny Ings has moved up three places from last week after notching his fifth goal in six league games last time out. The 28-year-old has played a direct hand in seven league goals this season and they have all fallen in his last six appearances. 4) Son Heung-Min (Tottenham) - 7.91 form rating / £26.55 Footstock price
