New leader as Real Madrid, Manchester City and Barcelona drop down team form rankings

There’s a new leader atop the European form rankings as Bayern Munich secured a sixth successive Bundesliga title with another convincing victory at the weekend.

The German champions have now scored four or more goals in four of their last five league games and leapfrog Paris Saint-Germain - who remain second - and Real Madrid from last week’s leaderboard.

Zinedine Zidane’s charges are down to fourth having slipped to that position in LaLiga following a draw in the derby against Atletico on Sunday, with Lyon up to third after a thumping win over Metz.

The Ligue 1 outfit climbed into the qualifying spot for the Champions League after a 5-0 victory inspired by Memphis Depay - their fourth consecutive win in France’s top-flight.

Tottenham complete the top five following victory over Stoke, while Fiorentina are the biggest risers, jumping 24 places having sprung an upset at Roma to boost their hopes of a European finish.

The top ten is completed by Manchester City, Inter and Liverpool, who all dropped points and places in turn but remain on the leaderboard for another week.
