West Ham have agreed a deal in principle with Hull City to sign striker Nikica Jelavic, according to Sky Sports News.
The Hammers are reportedly hoping to sign four new players before the transfer window shuts on Tuesday and are close to making their first with the former Everton striker set to undergo a medical on Monday.
Slaven Bilic is enduring something of an injury crisis up front with Enner Valencia, Andy Carroll and Mauro Zarate all out injured and the former Croatia manager is keen to bolster his frontline.
Jelavic, 30, has spent the last three years at Hull where he has scored 14 goals in 46 appearances and has previously served under Bilic whilst on international duty with Croatia.
