Aston Villa are hopeful of shifting Gabby Agbonlahor staggering £4m contract to MLS in January, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Agbonlahor, 29, has spent the last 16 associated with Villa but has been frozen out by new manager Roberto Di Matteo and forced to train with the U23s this season.
The Villa forward still has two years remaining on his current deal but the Championship outfit are hopeful of getting his wages off the book by offering him to clubs in MLS.
Since the start of last season Agbonlahor has played in 1036 minutes of league football and only scored one goal.
