Tottenham star leads the way in top performing Yahoo! XI
Manchester City blew their chance to win the Premier League title at home against their rivals on Saturday as they threw away a two-goal lead to lose 3-2 to Manchester United. Victory would’ve seen City make history as the earliest title winners in since the Premier League’s 1992 inception, but they’ll now have to wait until later this month to be crowned champions.
That isn’t to say none of their players impressed in the eventual defeat at the Etihad Stadium, with the league leaders boasting two representatives in the Yahoo! Fantasy Football top performing XI from gameweek 33. This side would’ve gained you 212.45 points over the weekend and with a salary of £173, it was certainly affordable.
